Elliot A. Boxerbaum, CPP, CSC

Elliot A. Boxerbaum, MA, CPP, CSC, is the founder and president of SRMC, Inc. Elliot's 40-plus years of professional security management experience include university and community policing as well as senior executive roles as the Director of Safety and Security at The Ohio State University Hospitals and the Director of Protective Services at OhioHealth, a 1,700-bed healthcare system. He has over two decades of additional diverse, hands-on security consulting expertise and he speaks nationally and internationally on security assessment, planning, and technology issues.

 

A quarter-century member of ASIS International, Elliot serves on the ASIS Healthcare Security Council.  He is also a former president of the International Association of Professional Security Consultants (IAPSC).

 

Elliot is a graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in education from The Ohio State University and his master’s degree in community leadership from Central Michigan University. Elliot is Board Certified in Security Management  and holds the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation from ASIS International.  He received the Certified Security Consultant (CSC) designation from the International Association of Professional Security Consultants.
